time for my daily walk... ugh... cant be bothered but know i wont be able to go 2moro and didnt go yesterday (but i did get off the bus 4 stops before mine and walked home then instead of just a couple of blocks it was about 10mins intstead)
but yes none the less i have to walk today
well im sure it will make me feel better after

Gem with your rants even about your period pains it is an insight to who you are & how your feeling which many of us enjoy (hearing about what your up to & not the stuff above that much). The pics also show us the physical being so keep both going & maybe more on what you desire, up to, etc.
