Anyone know of this story?

The main character is in love with his younger sister. He goes onto to some sort of boat with I think with his uncle completely platonic. The boat gets attacked by pirates and he is the only surviver. He gets sold as a breeding stud. Somewhere in either africa or the middle east not sure. Needless to say he breeds a lot of women. His master favors him because he is a good breeder and rewards him with lots of nice stuff. He lives like this for a few years I think. He finally escapes and reunites with his sister. I think he escapes by getting to an US embassy? His sisters name mughtve been Jordan or Danielle. This story is set in the modern world and has multiple parts to it all under the same name. I read this story a long time ao and dont remember all the details or names.
