Clicking Preview Story button on pending story moves it back to drafts

Title basically says it all. I've added a new story since the update and I am able to preview that once it has been submitted for publication (this was broke immediately after the update). However, doing so moves it automatically back into the drafts folder even without changes being made. I'm fairly certain this isn't the way it worked before. You had to actually click "Save Draft" to have it bump back from Pending to Draft.
