And with that Jeremiah moved to the kitchen, Sadie needed something to help recover from the sickness and although he knew she wouldnt be in an "eating mood" he still made her some breakfast, bringing it into her with a smile

Sadie layed on the bed smiling and moving herself into a more comfy position. Jeremiah left for a few minutes and when hencame back returned with breakfast. She hadnt wanted to eat really but Jeremiah had made it amd she'd try eating a little. She sat up at little and began to eat eggs which he made her nauseous so she stopped. Sadie sat in the office waiting for thw doctors . She had wanted Jeremiah to come in with her but she wanted to be sure it was what she was thinking. She lay back against the table putting on the scrub robe the nurse told her to put on and looked at the doctor as he came in.

He asked her thw series of questions how she was feeling, was she active, yada yada. She told him why she was there and he began to prep for an ultrasound.
 
Jeremiah has only been waiting for a few minutes when boredom finally got the better of him. Slowly and reluctantly he picked up one of the usual trashy magazines you find on the table and began to scroll through it. Sadie stared silently at the screen both scared and excited. She wondered how Jeremiah would feel about this. " Are you sure doctor?" She asked and he nodded confirming. She immediately texted Jeremiah to come in the exam room she had to tell him.
 
Jeremiah sat quietly browsing a gaming forum on mobile having long gotten bored of the fictional stories in the trash mags, as he clicked to open news on the latest up and coming release he recieved a text message from Sadie

"We're up in room 3B can you come in please"

She held his hand as he got close and looked at the screen then him. " Jeremiah... Im pregnant" she said softly waiting for him to adjust.

"That.." she said pointing to the screen "Is our baby" she said as the doctor reentered the room.

" Shes about a month and two weeks along.. Im going to start her on prenatal vitamins and regular checkups just to make sure she and the baby are ok"
 
Jeremiah looked at the screen and then to Sadie who was clearly worried about how he was going to react to the shocking news, the surprise and shock being the only visable sign on his face until he leant down and kissed her, he didn't appear to hesitate only take time so let the news sink in. A warm delighted smile covered his face until one worry crossed his mind.

Jeremiah: Doctor? Are we going to be able to finish the last few months of school? I mean Sadie's top of her class in pretty much everything.
 
The Doctor nodded chuckling and said " Of course you guys can. Sadie isn't showing much right now amd I doubt shell stop school. You guys seem smart and responsible itd be best for you two to get your degrees "

Sadie smiled holding Jeremiahs hand happily " I promise ill be able to hamdle it Honey" she said kissing Jeremiah again. She was still shocked at the news she was just haply he hadnt freaked out . Not like she expected it Jeremiah was always calm.
 
Jeremiah couldnt help but smile, they were going to have a child. He knew this meant hard times were ahead of them both but he couldnt imagine facing this with anyone else. No-one else at all. Jeremiah leant across the bed and placed a kiss on Sadie's lips, a devilish thought in the back of his head questioning what this meant for their sex life but of course he wasn't going to ask something like that, it was hardly the most important thing right now
