Priestesses, Captains, and forest hiding- oh my!

If anyone can who me find this series, I’d be so grateful.

It is a many part series.
There is a war.
Main character is a woman.
She hides in the forest and survives on nuts and berries while her people get enslaved and captured.
She eventually is caught.
There’s a bathing scene. I think priestesses bathe her?

Then I think she’s given to a captain. Her name might be Lena. His name might be Asher. Or Ashton. Maybe?

Anyways a lot of non-consent/reluctance stuff going on. But obviously she’s going to fall in love with him. And she kind of binds him to her by putting priestess shackles/cuffs on him.
