Legacy: A Star Trek RP (Interest Check / Casting Call / OOC thread)

This will be a new universe set in the framework of Star Trek. It will be it's own reality so not much knowledge of cannon will be needed. I've decided to set this in the time of the 23rd Century which of course is the time of the original series as well as the latest movies. To be exact the year will be 2264 which was the year the original 5 year mission was launched.

How ever as is common with most that have achieved so much so soon, his personal life has suffered.

Unlike some Starfleet Captain's, Mack perfers to have an emotional attachment to those that server under him, possibly to fill the void of not having a family, and thus is highly protective of those that become close to him. This and the fact that it is quite easy to get along with him, has earned Mack a great deal of friendships throught the years of people that will do just about anything for him.

Hey TertiusHuman, you can go ahead and at least start getting yourself into the universe. Hopefully we'll get some more people in soon.

Deos the Chinera uses anti matter because it is a NX prototype,as ani matter was not the power source during 23rd century?

Also, it looks to be very serious and tense. No erotic interactions planned?

Oh,yes. And if it is a prototype ship, is it plausible and ensign taking her tour of duty aboard?

It's still matter / antimatter. Though I was toying with the idea of using protons and anti-protons instead.

That being said the Chimera was actually built using reversed engineered technology from the future. What they were able to do is build a ship that is the equivalent of a Galaxy class in power. However seeing since it's reversed engineered tech they have a lot of bugs.

Also not opposed to erotic interactions, as long as it doesn't distract from the story.

And yes it's very possible for an Ensign to be on board. Might be one of the people in charge but can be on the ship.

Just giving this a bump to try and get some more interest.

I'm definitely tempted, but I legit am at my limit right now. :/
