LOL...although I liked the 420 thing...I much more enjoyed your dancing naked in the rain story....;)
Thanks. It's one of those thing isn't it? Like everyone has thought about dancing in the rain so I took my chance. :) Just thought - it would be much better doing it with someone else: all that cold and warm and the inevitable great sex after :p

If UK was not so "far" away I would like to dance with you. Since dancing is something that gives your body so much positive energy :) What music would you like to dance to ? :) And yes I am a gentleman no matter what some people would/could say :)

I'm sure Sticky has no shortage of people who would love to share her love of music, and dancing (in the rain, naked, or otherwise!!)....she is an intelligent, terrific young lady, and someday her prince will scoop her up!!.....I am envious of the guy who will be fortunate enough to deserve her!!!! :rose:

Too sugary??? Naw!!!!

Hello everyone, I hope everyone has been fine, I miss my old and new friends. Especially Luna, you out there my pet? I do not like being out of touch with you.

Life is okay for me, been a conga drummer on certain days of the week, guitar and singer on others. Love jammin with the other musicians, makes me high. lol
Those that know me know I am not particularly a sexual person unless there is connection. I love women in general, met an Italian woman on line who tried to entice me to have online sex, she did not get it, she tried all the things that appeal to men, I am not a man, straight sex is like watching porn, there is no allure without the dance of intimacy, the subtleties and nuances of gentle play. Need :heart: She got bored when I did not react as a man. Its okay, we were obviously incompatible so it goes. I live at my own place these days, my writing has been minimal for I have not the angst to compare to my highs, my muse is sitting twirling her thumbs looking bored. Needless to say, I am and have been living openly as a woman for a long time. Pretty lonely though, my ex is dating, it is like a door shutting adding to my solitude. People love me but no body is "in love" I miss cuddling and quiet conversations. *sigh*

Listening to: Shine on you crazy diamond, Pink Floyd
Mood: ambigious
undies: none

Hello all, I hope life is treating you well.:rose:

I almost lost this orchid, I just left some in the car for a minute, killed most of the orchid along with some others, but part is coming back as are the others that were there. Now I will only move them at night.

Wow - those colours!! I wouldn't know where to begin with an plant like that - you must have to be devoted to be able to anticipate their needs. I might get arrested for plant cruelty if I attempted to bring plants into my life!
But... I reckon the blackberries will be ripe enough to pick soon and I have empty jam jars all waiting :p

lol it is not as hard as one might think, light, fertilizer, watering, humidity and potting material are the variables. it being an epiphyte (tree dweller) is used to a rapid cycle of wet and dry. The potting material must dry quickly enough or the roots rot. a steady weak supply of fertilizer "weekly, weakly" the width of the leaves will give one a clue as too what the light strength should be the narrower the brighter the light. Just observe them and make adjustments

Oooerr!!! You lost me already :D It sounds simple enough though Gi and maybe I'll get around to it but for now I will just have to admire the knowledge of others :)

So I found this today
http://janetmock.com/2013/09/12/men-who-date-attracted-to-trans-women-stigma/
Same same topic that is worth reading: describing how men who date trans women have to keep it SECRET because we are SHAMEFUL people
thank you for the article stickygirl I have shared it around. It is well written:):rose:

OOh wonderful the orchids are back:rose: They are always so beautiful, and so colourful, Gi your talent with these is a sight to behold and so lovely to see you you back here :kiss::kiss:

Stickygirl:kiss: I been out on the marshes picking Blackberries too, and have used the apples from the garden to make lovely well in my biased opinion, crumbles, they are my favourite fruit
That song really got to me on the first listen too.

Apologies for my absence lately life has been chaotic lately and when not performing I have been hiding myself away. Feel like I am in a weird place in my life at the moment.

music: Jazzman - Carole King

Wearing: red satin and sequins, just got in from show

mood: tired and lost

* warm hugs* we can be lost together.:kiss::heart::heart:

I ought to learn about crumbles - we normally have pies at home and it's kind of comfort food anyway - not something you'd have everyday.
I ordered a book off Amazon today "Annabel" about an intersex child growing up in Canada. It led on from hearing that track by Goldfrapp. Anyone read that?

that would be nice :kiss::heart:

Stickygirl, I finally got round to watching the video for Annabel last night, with a couple of the girls I perform with, affected me even more than the song and by the end all 3 of us were in tears, I haven't read the book, I shall have to find a copy:rose::kiss:

Next weekend is Margate Pride, so have spent a couple of days busy sorting out outfits and performance ideas for that. I have a feeling that on Sunday, I may freeze to death as I shall be wearing the Lady Gaga glove costume form the applause video, on Margate seafront, I am hoping for an unexpected heatwave :)

mood: tired and confused

music: Rickie Lee Jones -Girl At Her Volcano

wearing: a tasteless leopard print satin playsuit

I've just started reading the book and it looks promising, though when I researched the background to the song/video I discovered that Annabel was born intersex and it's a story of her life. Nevertheless that video is so beautiful and intelligently filmed: surely it must have a much broader appeal than the trans* community. Best thing about it is that it has brought the subject once again into the public eye. :) Next best thing - I'm trying to learn the backing guitar to it :)

Good luck at Margate - true art never comes without sacrifices but don't go and make yourself ill!!
Rickie Lee Jones is great and I've been listening to Suzanne Vega too. Last Chance Texaco is my fav Rickie song and always makes me well up

Wearing: slippers and dressing gown (because I have the house to myself)
Mood: like something's gonna happen
Drinking: Mocha :p
