What ever happened to "small government?"

this was disgusting. she was an 8 year old, selling bottled water to people attending a sporting event, on her own sidewalk, accompanied by her mother. some fat white cow called the police on her...an 8 year old! next they'll be putting kids in cages....oh. wait.
 
They only want smaller government when it suits their ends, not when it doesn't. They've always been the party of government intervention when it suits their ends. It took me a while to realize this, but I do now. There is only one party of smaller government, that's the Libertarians, and I wouldn't support them these days, either. But at least they're consistent, unlike the GOP.

But then most "progressive" leftist would just ignore it or run away. It's very rare propositional logic that doesn't toe the "progressive" narrative gets any response beyond "Fuck you Nazi!!!" and "RACIST!!!" responses.

They aren't big on logic or facts....it's all about them feels with them, if it weren't they would be right wing, liberals at the furthest left. Not flaming socialists doing their damnedest to pretend they are anything but.

Not federal...but likely state/local laws.

Gotta be bonded and insured, gotta have your health department food handlers licence, pest control logs/certs, inspection certs for all food handling facilities from your health department, safety/sensitivity/EO training and the subsequent certs for all your employees (including yourself), and last but not least you gotta hire a lawyer at 500 bucks an hour to take all this shit and go get you a licence from the state.

Why is the lawyer a must? Because if you don't it's going to take you 10 years to get that licence from the state no matter how well put together your shit is and they can get it done in 6-8 weeks. ;)

If that little girl didn't have all her shit in order she and her family need to have a SWAT team fuck them all up and take all their shit just anyone else who opens an illegal business.

Equal treatment under the law and all. :D
