So after all of the comments about getting an antivirus program, as well as a spyware killer, there's also something else you need to do.

Stop using internet explorer! Please. Don't use IE, it's happy to install spyware, it spies on your internet usage, it's bad for the environment, and it kills puppies every time it crashes.

One of the following should work good for you: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or Safari. Once you're using one of those, make sure you go into incognito mode when you want to look at pr0n.

Also to prevent some of the spyware apps from coming back, install some type of adblocking software, and ensure that they are marked as 'active' even when browsing in incognito mode.

Install (free) VirtualBox and then use a (free) Linux distro in a virtual machine.

Or buy a cheap Android tablet to do your naughty things on, and then not worry about anyone who looks at your desktop anymore.
