Song-Based Plot Bunnies.

To me, it's just a story. You write well. Sure, it made me feel sad for the husband and the other guy, but I take it as being just fiction. I don't generally get upset over stories and the sort of stories that would upset me I just don't read.

My short series 'Destiny in Daytona was partially based on Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream." I also did one entire chapter of the 'Pizza Boy at the Door' series revolving around various lines in Macklemore and Lewis's "Same Love."

I would think the Beatles classic "Come Together" is the fattest plot bunny hopping down the Literotica trail though. ;)

You mean more than Zack Wylde's Porn star dancing?

The classic You're so Vain has some LW in it as well, but it would be burn the bastard.

Depending on the circumstances, it could also be burn the bitch, but yes, it was written about a man, so burn the bastard would be more in keeping with the spirit of the song. Carly Simon is rumored to have written it about Warren Beatty.

I'm still thinking about Bonnie Raitt's "Let's Give 'Em Something To Talk About It" as well.

Madonna's song "Like a Virgin" is NOT a first-time story song. It is about a girl who is a total slut, and she's so stretched out from fucking every guy around that she barely feels it anymore. Then one day, she meets a guy with such a HUGE cock, that he fills her up and stretches her to a painful level. He makes her feel "like a virgin" all over again.

This is not the song, it's proof of my theory:

That would make a good story.

Lots of titles here that could spark a story. Anyone ever try to write a story that follows the lyrics of a song?
