I actually had a lovely conversation with someone unexpected this week that made me feel a million times better. It made me realize I don't have to be everything to everyone, I don't have to have all the answers, and there are people out there who don't expect anything from aside from just being me. It's amazing what a selfless act of kindness can do. Funny thing is, he probably doesn't even know how much he helped.
