I am not able to change email address on control panel

I wanted to make a new submission, went into the control panel and discovered that my email on file was now defunct and I attempted to change it, posted the submission and discover Literotica is still not allowing me to update my email, and does not return my queries. As I search for solutions, I decided I would delete my account and start a new one to resubmit, because they messed up the posting of the new story, and found I have two Lit. sign ins, same user name, one for the Works page of control panel, and the other for this technical forum, with different passwords, and neither are interchangeable, and neither allow me to change my email. I will be forced to quit and start again I fear. Help.
