One scenario: a human 'inside' services numerous phallic appendages of unknown species. Or maybe it's a special setup for male unicorns; the human is confronted by massive horse cocks. Open wide...
Another: a dozen human males stick their gear through the holes to be serviced by... an alien duodecapod with a (toothless) mouth- or vagina- like orifice at the end of each tentacle. But what REALLY happens there?
