Growing up in the 80's RI was the costume jewelry capital of the US, everyone's first job was in jewelry. I haven't heard the term flux as in soldering in years.

Ah...so then editing a translation of a badly written article about it with no knowledge is like writing bad porn as a virgin . You look up the words you don't know, try to imagine something you have never experienced and really don't understand, drag out the thesaurus to spice things up and hope that no one gets hurt at the end of it.

The cold welding machine I used at one of my summer jobs didn't seem cool enough to have it's own song though.
What I mostly remember is how it made watches go crazy.

I think I know that guy! He's pretty cool as long as you show him some courtesy and sympathy once in awhile, after all he does have a bit of a bad rep.
