Freedom Watch Founder Larry Klayman Announces Criminal Indictment
Of Special Counsel Robert Mueller By Citizens Grand Jury

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/freedom-watch-founder-larry-klayman-130000134.html

Who is Larry Klayman?

Standing behind former Infowars Washington bureau chief
Jerome Corsi at the middle of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s
investigation into suspected Russian election meddling is attorney
Larry Klayman.

In 1994, Klayman opened up the right-wing law shop Judicial Watch,
which is currently under the direction of Tom Fitton but continues to
provide conspiracy theory fodder to right-wing media. There, Klayman
gained notoriety for filing lawsuit after lawsuit against Bill Clinton and
Clinton associates. After he left Judicial Watch for a failed U.S. Senate
run from Florida, bad blood between him and his successors at the group
led him to sue Judicial Watch for defamation and win—one of his rare
wins in court. Klayman went on to found the group Freedom Watch,
which is based on the original model for Judicial Watch—a pro-bono
legal organization devoted to bringing nuisance suits against political
enemies.

Klayman was a key figure in the birther movement that coalesced around
efforts to prove that Obama’s birth certificate was a fake and that he was
ineligible for the presidency.

Trumpypants telegraphs his position on abortion

April 29, 2019

During his Saturday rally in Wisconsin, Trump charged Democrats
with generally supporting this test case: “The baby is born. The mother
meets with the doctor. They take care of the baby, they wrap the baby
beautifully. And then the doctor and the mother determine whether
or not they will execute the baby.”

‘Anointed’ Trump Reaffirms His Promises to Religious Right Activists at ‘Road to Majority’

June 26, 2019

Ralph Reed, a Republican political operative who worked to turn out
evangelical voters for Trump’s 2016 campaign, told conference attendees
that Road to Majorityorganizers were honored to have Trump there for his
sixth appearance at the conference, adding that Trump had told Reed that
he was honored to be invited to address the group.

The invocation was delivered by Sister Rose Wangui, a Roman Catholic nun,
who, in her prayer, described Trump as God’s “anointed one.” Trump’s Democratic
opponents, she declared, support an “abortion industry” that she claimed is feeding
“demonic spirits…that drink the blood of unborn babies.” She declared
that abortion procedures were “worse than terrorism.

Ralph Reed returned to the podium and lauded Trump for his alliance to the Religious Right.

“There has never been anyone who has defended us and fought for us
who we have loved more than Donald J. Trump. No one,” Reed said.

Republican senators joined Religious Right activists at the Faith and Freedom
Coalition’s annual Road to Majority conference in Washington, D.C., today,
where they warned that if Democrats are successful in obtaining a supermajority
in the 2020 elections, socialism will be implemented in America.

Daddy's Little Human Shield ?

Erin Keane

“Ivanka doesn’t materialize in the doorway like Bloody Mary
in ballet flats to make Trump look like a better man. Good lord,
when has he ever cared about looking like a better man?” Keane writes.

She continues: “A better theory is that her little snippet of choreography
is designed to help Trump use men’s own fears of humiliation against
them. Ivanka’s presence subliminally disarms his male opponents —
and isn’t everyone who’s not related to Trump an opponent? —
because a real man, our culture tells us, doesn’t make another man
look small in front of his children.”

Keane concludes the piece by saying that the “White House is a place
for adults,” and that if Ivanka wanted to be taken seriously as an
advocate for women, she’d need to drop the little girl act.
Nearly two years have passed, and while Ivanka is making an
effort to be recognized on an international stage, incidents like
those captured in the G20 video show that global leaders see her
as a child trying to get in on conversations at the adult’s table.

(pResident Orange Goon #1) issued an executive order (EO)
limiting the number of independent federal advisory committees

June 20, 2019

The Trump directive “further lobotomizes the federal agencies
that are in the business of making expertise-driven policy decisions,”
charged James Goodwin, senior policy analyst for the Center for
Progressive Reform. This attempt to cut back on agency reliance
on independent experts, he said, comes at a time when agencies
already have been weakened and depleted by White House policies.

Betsy Southerland is one of those senior scientists who resigned
from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in 2017, appalled
by then–EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt’s attempts to reverse the
agency’s environmental policies. She warned that the directive
carries another danger — secrecy.

“This Executive Order is designed to prevent government transparency
and restrict public involvement in government work,” she explained
in an email to WhoWhatWhy.

The White House said it was trying to ensure that government resources
were used wisely. But that excuse doesn’t hold water, critics charge.

The less than $400 million annually spent on these advisors,
Goodwin said, is so little that it represents a “rounding error
of a rounding error” in the federal budget.

“You’re not going to balance the budget on this,” Goodwin stated.

Another photojournalist, Zach Roberts, said police directed the Proud Boys to a conservative bar and joined them in their chant: “I like beer”

The opposing communist group burnt two American flags, while chanting “burn baby burn”, and shouting “America was never great”.

The group calls for revolution in the US and the overthrow of capitalism.

How all of this neo-fascist, white supremacist, revolutionary language

Here is USCIS's previous mission statement:

"USCIS secures America's promise as a nation of immigrants by providing
accurate and useful information to our customers, granting immigration
and citizenship benefits, promoting an awareness and understanding of
citizenship, and ensuring the integrity of our immigration system."

The agency's new mission statement as it appears on the agency's website reads:

"U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services administers the nation's lawful
immigration system, safeguarding its integrity and promise by efficiently
and fairly adjudicating requests for immigration benefits while protecting
Americans, securing the homeland, and honoring our values."

The removal of the phrase "nation of immigrants" was announced
to agency staff in an email letter from Director L. Francis Cissna.

Opponents of the Trump administration's immigration policies
criticized the change. In a statement, Eleanor Acer, senior director
for refugee protection at D.C.-based Human Rights First, said:

"Our nation is one built by immigrants—removing this language
does nothing to change that fact, it only reveals the insidious racism
harbored by those in this administration. It is clear from the language
and policies put forth by President Trump and his hard-line immigration
extremists that they will stop at nothing to demonize and dehumanize
immigrants and refugees, who have often fled violence and persecution
in search for a better life for themselves and their children."

*reads a post, where a Lit Alt names
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as a
Domestic Enemy*

A fundraising email sent by a college Republican group -
branding the US representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as a
“domestic terrorist” drew a sharp rebuke from the congresswoman,
who warned that similar rhetorical attacks had in the past resulted
in a spike in death threats against her.

An email sent on Tuesday by Tom Ferrall-
(chairman of the Ohio Federation of College Republicans)
bore the subject line “AOC is a domestic terrorist” and asked
recipients to donate to his group. Dave Levinthal, an editor at
the Center for Public Integrity, on Wednesday afternoon shared
a screenshot of the email on Twitter.

“My fellow students often tell me that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
is a ‘role model’ and that America should be more like socialist
Europe,” the email, which appeared not to use the word “terrorist”
elsewhere, read in part. It told recipients:

We need your help to stop the brainwashing!”

The email fit the template for fundraising emails by similar
groups.

“This puts me in danger every time,” tweeted Ocasio-Cortez.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news...cortez-college-republicans-domestic-terrorist

Why name Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as a Domestic Enemy ?

She was elected, and serves at the request of American people.

Then again, what the discussion involves, is the fact that
a Toxic Clone of the USA does exist.

On the Toxic Clone side of the fence/wall, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
is perceived to be attacking the heart of Toxic Clone's economic engine-

Rep. AOC attacks the funding of the concentration prisons on
Mexico's border. The funding of the Extremist Religous Right
with tax payer money. The funding of the Extremist Political
Right, at the expense of the taxpayer.

Perception is key.

Normal, run of-the-mill, everyday citizens see a neglected, dying child
in a concentration prison, and say "That is not normal. That is cruel."

"That is not how we do things in America! That is inhumane!"

To the Border Guards that suscribe to the outloook of the Toxic Clone
of America, (that are forced to serve as prison guards, to children that
are not visibly related to genetic strains originating from Europe),
the children are just "bodies" of "aliens."

"Invaders."

Kellyanne Conway suscribes to the outlook of the Toxic Twin of America-
She rushes to the defense of "Mein Führer Trumpypants, that can do no wrong,
on the Toxic Clone side of America.

Defending Trump, Kellyanne Conway demands reporter's ethnicity

17 July 2019

It can seem as if the Trump administration is in willful, determined pursuit
of the destruction of the American ideal and legacy, as a melting pot nation
that holds all individuals to be Americans first in the public square no matter
their religions, ethnicities, races, identities or beliefs.

First the president tells American citizens of color – members of congress,
no less – to “go back” to their countries.

Then Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway, trying to deny that Trump’s tweets
were racist, demands to know a reporter’s ethnic identity.

Addressing reporters outside the White House, Conway insisted that Trump,
by tweeting

“Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested
places from which they came”, did not mean that the members of congress
should visit countries once inhabited by their ancestors.

But wait, said Andrew Feinberg, a White House reporter for Breakfast Media.
So what “countries” was the president referring to, then?

At which Conway made this jaw-dropping reply:

What’s your ethnicity?”

Feinberg: Uh, why is that relevant?

Conway: Because I’m asking you a question.
My ancestors are from Ireland and Italy.

Feinberg: My ethnicity is not relevant to the question.

Conway: It is, because you’re asking about, he said ‘originally’.
He said ‘originally from’. [Fact check: three of the four members
of Congress in question are “originally from” the United States,
unless where you were born... is not the same as where you are from...
because you are... not white?]

It is the damage that can not be undone. It is pathology that has
overtaken our politics and our society, the revelation that 40 percent
of the population and an entire political party are profoundly immoral.

It is a disease that has infected our system and is killing it.
At the moment, we still have the wherewithal to fight back.
But even those who recognize the dangers of this litany of
crimes are proving too complacent, too inert in the face of
this threat.

It is one of those moments in the history of a country when
there is a choice to be made, a choice between having a
future and not, between growth and decay, between
democracy and oligarchy, between what we dreamt
of being and what even our founders feared we might
become.

The litany of crises and crimes is so long that we are becoming numb.
You have heard of the fog of war. This is the fog of Trump.
The volume of wrongs becomes its own defense.
Is the president accused of being a rapist?
Well, then remind them he is a racist and
they'll forget.

This is a moment for leaders to step up.
To challenge each of these abuses via every legal
means available. To organize and draw attention to them.
To blow the whistle if you are in government and you are
being asked to violate your oath. To resist and refuse to be
complicit.

If you can't do those things that make your voice heard
and join a movement, support a political candidate, donate
money, register voters, fight voter suppression.

But whatever you do, resist becoming numb.
Resist the temptation to let
the recitation of old crimes and new...
...become a deadening drone.

Every one matters in times like these. Every one must stand up
for what is right. In their homes. In their schools. In the workplace.
In their churches and synagogues and mosques.

We are approaching a great national decision about whether
the American experiment will succeed or fail, whether this
moment does what two world wars, a civil war and countless
past misjudgments and missteps could not.

We will make it together, resist, offer a better alternative,
embrace that alternative and the best leaders we can find...
or succumb, let the inertia of some among us mark the end
of what for two and half centuries was an idea so compelling
it inspired the world.

As the search for the cheapest labor led to outsourcing,
in the cheapest place possible, something happened to
corporations. Their excess wealth supplied them with
the ability to form what amounted to their own in-house
banks. Some corporations exploited their employess to
enable it. The corporations developed their own insurance
arms. Everyone started issuing credit cards.

Now, some individuals have achieved so much personal wealth,
they, themselves, are their own bank.

Class politics is rising in America.

Trump hopes a culture war might stop it

- Bhaskar Sunkara

It’s a familiar pattern:

Trump does a very racist or sexist thing, Trump opponents call out
his racism and sexism and declare victory. Democratic party elites
jockey for the most “anti-Trump” position. Trump supporters rally
around the president, his detractors remind each other he’s not their
president and things hit a stalemate until the next media event.

This is the exactly what Trump wants politics to become –
not about issues, not a contest about the distribution of power
and wealth, but a culture war hosted by the media and fueled
by competing Twitter teams.

(Rep.) Ilhan Omar tweeted yesterday, quoting Toni Morrison, that
“the function, the very serious function of racism is distraction.
It keeps you from doing your work” and she has refused any
such distraction.

Top Democrats Write to President Expressing
“Profound Disappointment” With His Failure to
Work Together to Lower Drug Prices

https://oversight.house.gov/news/pr...t-expressing-profound-disappointment-with-his

“We write today—for the third time—to express our profound
disappointment that you have chosen not to follow through
on your campaign promise to lower drug prices for
the American people,” Cummings and Welch wrote today.

“The people who elected you President believed you when
you said that prescription drug prices are too high and that
drug companies are ‘getting away with murder’—a claim
you continue to repeat. They believed you when you pledged
to create a ‘fair and competitive bidding process’ that would
result in prices ‘coming way, way, way down’ for American
families.”

Strangely, on February 16, 2017, the (pResident) held a
nationally televised press conference during which
he inaccurately criticized Cummings for scuttling
the meeting, suggesting without any basis that
Senator Chuck Schumer had warned Cummings
that it was “bad politics.”

The President’s claims were completely inaccurate,
as Cummings pointed out immediately at the time.

"Since he continues to go to war against his enemies

position of frequently disparaging parts of his own country.
This is surely unique in American history. American presidents

House Republicans who opposed this legislation will still take
credit for the parts of it that benefit them, while blaming the
godless socialist Democrats for higher domestic and overall
spending. They won’t blame the president, whose agents negotiated
it and who endorsed and will sign it, though. Someday, by-and-by,

George Takei talking to Seth Myers about being a five year old boy,
and he and his family were marched out of their home at gunpoint,
and leaving their house to go to a Japanese internment prison camp.

Now, in 2019 the government says Japanese-American internment prison camps.

Takei points to the fact that his family stayed together, and Trump's prison
camps at the border separate the children and deliberately keep them apart.
(The parents deported, the child flown, or driven far away from point of entry origin.)

The prison camps for Japanese Americans were just military barracks,
and re-purposed horse barns, but they became homes. The people that
Trump has imprisoned, experience filth, deprivation, starvation, abuse,
beatings, rapes, degradation, neglect of illness and disability. WTF is
the purpose of taking away a child's medicine ?

Takei said that it is inhuman.

There is artwork that came out of the Japanese internment prison.
Proof of life in the camps. It was a community forced to live in exile.
They lost everything that they had worked for. Their homes, their
businesses, their stuff, But, they were supplied with new stuff to carry on
living. There was school, and church, and entertainment like movies.
Trump gives the new immigrants nothing but death. The children die,
the parents die, The immigrants sent out of the USA die after being
deported.

It costs nearly nothing to drive a person to suicide, but Trump's
favorites are getting fat profits for guarding over people, while
the bodies, hearts, and minds of immigrants break.

The guards got a little too enthusiastic about the suffering, so Trump
sent American soldiers to increase the threat. Men outside the fences
in military uniforms with rifles.

Too much like Hitlers's concentration camps.
How does a soldier feel heroic, by observing
human suffering ? Really sure, that this is not
what they signed up for. Then, again, Trump
had American soldiers painting his renovated
fence at the border. Cheap bastard did not want
to pay for it. Took the money away from military
housing renovation for soldiers and their families.
Away from making the bases safer from hurricaines,
and repaired after hurricaines.

If they weren’t working for Donald Trump, one might almost
feel sorry for his speechwriters. How they must labor over
those mellifluous phrases urging tolerance and love –
only to see their hard work undone the minute the boss
gets his hands on an electronic device.

But the ones who deserve our sympathy are the American people,
and the people of the world, who know that this president is
mouthing pieties that he privately mocks, who know they are
being lied to, and who can’t seem to make the pretense,
the meanness and the hypocrisy stop.

His phrasing (punchy, aggressive, frequently inarticulate),
his vocabulary (limited) and his tone (bombastic, unhinged)
could scarcely have been less like what we heard Monday night.
The former director of national intelligence James Clapper publicly
stated that he’d found the emergence of “the real Trump” to be
“scary and disturbing” and that the Phoenix speech cast doubt
on the president’s competence.

We feel reasonably certain that the adults who convince a child
to apologize for his reckless or damaging behavior will try to
dissuade that child from doing further harm. But we have yet
to identify the responsible adult who will gently and legally
take the baseball bat, or the brick – or the nuclear option –
away from the dangerous child in the White House.

The third time, Trump was fired, on the spot, and prevented
from having his 3 large goons beat on the man that fired him.
About 40 people stopped it from happening, and they convinced

On the night of the event, “I get word that I have to come to the press room in the next building,” Michael Cohl, the tour’s promoter, told Pollstar last August. “I run to the press room in the next building and what do you think is happening? There’s Donald Trump giving a press conference, in our room!”

According to Cohl, Trump then tried to convince him that “they begged me to go up, Michael.”

“Stop it,” Cohl replied. “Don’t make a liar of yourself.”

Thinking he’d extinguished the fire, Cohl returned to the dressing room only to get word five minutes later that Trump (being Trump) had found his way back to the mic.

“Donald,” Cohl pleaded. “I don’t know if I can control this. Stop it.”

Again to the dressing room. Again word that Trump is promoting. This time guitarist Keith Richards offered his help:

“Keith pulls out his knife and slams it on the table and says, ‘What the hell do I have you for? Do I have to go over there and fire him myself? One of us is leaving the building – either him, or us.’”

“One of two things is going to happen,” Cohl told Trump. “You’re going to leave the building and, at 6:40, The Rolling Stones are going to speak on CBS News, or you’re not going to leave the building and I’m going to go on and do an interview to explain to the world why the pay-per-view was canceled”

Trump's History with Wrestling

It all stems from one of the most infamous, poorly timed, and audience-insulting moments in the history of Raw. In June 2007 an episode of WWE’s flagship show ended with Vince McMahon’s limo blowing up on live TV, with the company’s owner supposedly inside. The plan was to effectively kill off the on-air character of Vince McMahon, while hopefully dredging up at least a fraction of “Who shot J.R.?”-style pop culture fascination, in a storyline that would have further obscured the tenuous lines between wrestling and soap operas. Of course this vignette aired less than two weeks before Chris Benoit, a former world champion and perhaps the most popular wrestler ever among obsessive internet fans (like us), murdered his family and himself in real life. What was planned to be a fake memorial episode of Raw for Vince McMahon on June 25, 2007, turned into a real-life memorial for Benoit, and one that turned increasingly awkward as the true facts of Benoit’s final days trickled out as the show was on the air. McMahon’s on-air death was immediately forgotten, with that whole angle getting scrapped.

Before the storyline was dropped, though, McMahon’s office got a call from an old friend, checking in to make sure the WWE owner was okay. According to Triple H, Trump heard the “news” about McMahon’s limo explosion, and touched base with WWE HQ to ask if this was legitimate or not. If you’re a wrestling fan and this doesn’t take you back to those purer childhood days of make believe, well, that’s good, because even five year olds should be able to tell this stuff isn’t entirely on the level.

Trump and McMahon really are a perfect friendship: both are fantastically wealthy, insulated old men who aren’t quite as wealthy as they want you to believe, or as they possibly could be. Their relationship goes back to at least the 1980s, the last time either should’ve been relevant, when 1989’s Wrestlemania V was held at Trump Plaza in Atlantic City. 2007 was probably the high point of their friendship, at least from the public’s perspective, as Donald Trump was a major guest star at Wrestlemania 23, just three months before Vince’s supposed death. They clearly remain tight: they follow each other on Twitter, McMahon has donated millions to the Trump Foundation, and just last week Trump appointed McMahon’s wife Linda McMahon the head of the Small Business Administration. Their friendship is actually kind of touching, even if they probably relate most strongly to the Duke brothers when they watch Trading Places, which is exactly the kind of fresh, current pop culture reference Vince McMahon would appreciate.

Trump's plan to move BLM jobs west is a shallow pretext to gut the agency's mission

https://www.latimes.com/opinion/sto...m-jobs-west-environment-public-lands-congress

So, what does Trump really want ?

A new Trump plan would shift most top agency jobs west from Washington,
a move that could significantly weaken its influence on federal policies.

Moving BLM will similarly rob that department of institutional memory
and weaken its ability to work with Congress and other agencies —
which, in fact, may be the point for the Machiavellians in Trump’s
White House who want to cede public lands that we, as Americans,
all own to states and local governments anxious to turn it over to
developers and extractive industries. Interior Secretary David Bernhardt
recently appointed William Perry Pendley, who through the conservative
Mountain States Legal Foundation has pushed for the federal government
to turn public lands over to states, as acting BLM director.

The petroglyph on the wall couldn’t be clearer.

The Topeka Capitol-Journal reported tonight that congressman
Steve Watkins, barely eight months in office, is being asked to
step down immediately by Republicans in Kansas and DC.
The odd thing is though that no one will say why.

Curious and curiouser.

Source: Topeka Capitol-Journal

Kansas Republican U.S. Rep. Steve Watkins declined to answer
news reporters’ questions at a campaign event Thursday amid a flurry
of bipartisan speculation his career in Congress could come to an
abrupt end after eight months in office.

Instead, he bolted into a waiting vehicle and sped away.

Republicans in Kansas and Washington, D.C., were pressuring Watkins
to step down, but the reason for the possible resignation wasn’t certain.

Speculation so far has centered around Watkins unorthodox
"open marriage", and allegations of inappropriate behavior
towards multiple women.

Watkins narrowly defeated Democrat Paul Davis during a turbulent
2018 campaign in which questions were raised about Watkins’ military
service and his treatment of women in Kansas, Alaska and elsewhere.

The Topeka Capital-Journal reported he was dating women in Topeka
during the campaign while engaged to be married and after he was wed,
and identified a Wasilla, Alaska, resident who accused Watkins of unwanted
sexual advances. Watkins called the allegations “preposterous.”

https://crooksandliars.com/2019/08/republicans-pressuring-kansas-first-term

The speculation about Watkins’ future comes after a string of departures
of senior staff in recent months.

Colin Brainard, a longtime congressional staffer who worked for
Watkins’ predecessor, former GOP Rep. Lynn Jenkins, stepped down
as chief of staff this month. His departure followed the resignations
of Watkins’ legislative director in May and his executive assistant in
July.

Adam York, the former legislative director, said he left the office on
amicable terms in anticipation of his daughter’s June birth. He wanted
to return to Kansas to raise his family and accepted a position as director
of programs for the Kansas Grain Sorghum Commission.

His departure was unrelated to any issues with the representative, York said.

Involved in an activity facilitated by The Daily Mail-

Propaganda disregards facts in favor of promoting an agenda

The intent of propaganda is to mislead people in order to advance
a particular agenda. Undermining and delaying climate policies is
one such agenda promoted by the Mail on Sunday and other
conservative media outlets. This is quite clear in Rose’s writing,
as he rails against the supposed high costs of those policies from
‘green cons.’

Fake science journalists in biased media outlets keep writing false
and misleading pieces about climate change. They don’t learn
from their mistakes, despite being constantly debunked by
climate scientists, because that would require caring about facts
and truth. Doubt is their product, and they peddle it well.
When they’re caught, they just double down on the misinformation.

But that’s not news; it’s propaganda. And that’s why Wikipedia
deemed the Daily Mail an unreliable source. With writers like
David Rose, the ruling was well earned. As Gavin Schmidt put it:

Boris Johnson prepares for Biarritz balancing act with Donald Trump

24 Aug 2019

Both men will paint a rosy picture of a future US-UK trade deal,
because the ugly reality of the negotiations can be put off until
later. At some point post-Brexit, the UK will have to make a
decision on whether its regulatory standards are to converge
with the US or with the EU.

It cannot do both. Converging with the US would be likely to
involve breaking promises about British food, agriculture and
animal welfare as well as the National Health Service.

Moreover, any trade deal with the US would have to gain
approval from Congress, and the House of Representatives
will be in no mood to cooperate if Brexit has an impact on
the Good Friday peace agreement in Northern Ireland.
The Democratic speaker of the House of Representatives,
Nancy Pelosi, has repeatedly said there is “no way whatsoever”
a US-UK free trade deal would be approved if Brexit affected
the border between the two Irelands.
