IMO they're the only ones who have the legitimate right to use either bathroom, since they're legitimately transgendered. Everyone else is a poser seeking victimhood status and most of all attention.

I'm waiting for the first idiot that thinks he is Trans species, will Obama demand litter boxes in every school and public square for the cat people? What about fire hydrants for the Dog people?

How about the guy who looks at his birth certificate and says If I was born a man but can self identify as a woman and the law must recognize that, Then I can self identify as a 65 years old. Then "it" files for Social security.

invertebrates are frequently bigender. it is not a leap for nature to insert a viable female into an all male scenario. i believe it is now corrected at birth. a guess or leap? original gender manipulation? It just happens with human beings in a certain percentage of the general population. we are somewhere like billion strong. i took stats in college, and that's a decent range of population for very accurate, folks. foolproof. maths. fucking maths.

An observation:
The same people who assert that "gun free" zones don't stop criminals from exploiting those zones tend to be the same folks who insist that (fill in the blank) zones (why should't I be able to open a topless bar, or a liquor store/marijuana dispensary, or a gun shop, next to a school, church or hospital?) somehow make everything better.
How about stop shaming gender differences? How about moving toward sanitary facilities that are omnisex and developing social norms towards reasonable expectations of respect, safety and privacy?
There will always be assholes willing to abuse others, irregardless of legal statute, but those really do tend to be in the minority. We got law on the books to deal with assholes who deliberately fuck with others in public and private spaces, that includes bathrooms, washrooms, restrooms or 'sanitary facilities' in general.

This bullshit of passing yet moar laws (go, go, small, limited gov't conservatives!) is nothing more than pandering during an election cycle.

I think that the door lobby is behind all of this. A unisex restroom only needs one door. Gender specific restrooms need two doors. They may even be pushing toward a future where each restroom door opens onto two more doors, to separate gays and straights.
