Send him a letter. In the mail. Tell him how you feel.

I usually draw parallels to attachment theory & the consecutive stages of grief, so to speak.
Denial, then overwhelming anger and need to ventilate, then being able to use your anger constructively in order to empower yourself, then working on a new identity & detachment from the object of loss.

Seems to me that was a far bigger problem than the cheating. What do you really gain from a narcissistic sociopath who is "faithful"?

I think that (Constructive) revenge is important.
If you lie down and take it upon yourself "I shouldn't be revengeful because it's not nice" or whatever, you just disempower yourself.

Thank you all for the advice. It's been a busy couple of days. I've secured a new place, I'm moving realitvely soon. Our lease ends 6/30 so I will make sure rent is paid so I complete my contract. That will give him 30 days to find a new place or a new victim.
I'm not looking for revenge, in all honesty I wish him happiness and sincerely hopes he finds it. I'm not needing to fill his space either. I'll take some time to deal with everything, come here for my porn and move on with my life. Sorry Lancecastor, I haven't had time to figure out how to post selfies yet...lol! Being physical when you have pent up rage, hurt and need to kickass and take it out on the punching bag gym (or a sexy spar partner) is a very good idea.
