Ok, where does one find something like that? With summer approaching I'd like to get something thats not as hot as my cotton briefs and boxerbriefs. I've never liked boxers myself. Panties turn me on a lot though and I really like the feeling of silk.
 
Personally find a bog standard pair of Cotton/lycra thongs fit pretty well and have enough stretch to allow everything to sit "normally" rather than being held up against your body which can be pretty obvious depending on the cut of your trousers.

The "problem" with materials like Satin and Silk is that there is not a lot of give in them so you might be better off initially determining your size and what styles fit and feel comfortable before splashing out on that flash silk thong only to find you are spilling out the sides every time you move.

I've been surprised at the range of styles that do actually fit pretty well (with the usual caveats applied) without needing to resort to overly taxing manipulation of the ol' bits every 5 minutes.

As for where to find em, your local high street store or department store website is a pretty good place to start.
