SW is starting to have trouble using his electronics (phone, laptop, etc). He has not been able to get online for a while now. I will try to make things as easy for him as possible when I get there this weekend, but I don't know how much longer he'll be able to read your posts on his own. Please know that I will read to him everything everyone posts for him each time I see him (about once every other weekend).
Thank you for this update. Can you please tell SW that everyone here voted him Emporer of Swellsville? And it wasn't even a close vote. Finishing second was "gum," and that has an advantage because it's artificially sweetened and has a new tsunami of long-lasting citrus-infused power swirls.
I have this feeling that people like him. It's just a hunch though.

Unfortunately, he didn't have any internet access when I went up there. I cleaned up his laptop the best I could but told the nurses the IT guy would have to stop by and check his drop or see if the cable's bad. I did have to take his cell. He was getting too frustrated with it. He has a direct number that will get you to the nurses' station, if anyone who had his cell before wants the new info. I will keep his cell on so it can receive messages, too, and read them to him regularly.
The visit otherwise was good. I took his big fat tabby up to see him and they napped together for a good couple of hours. They really enjoyed seeing each other. I know he missed me, too, but he loves that cat. Anyway, it went well.
