Links to single posts in a thread

So I've browsed all the helpful nifty FAQ threads here and while I've found some very useful information, I have yet to find the answer to this question. How do I create a link to a specific post in a thread? I'm trying to clean up my signature and I want to create a link to my SRP profile without the long scroll to my post(View single post). I've seen it from other litsters but I never think to PM them for instructions when I do. Silly I know but still a girl needs answers, so help a sister out. Pretty please and thank you in advance.

Just click on the post count number (top right) and you'll go to the address for the single post. Copy/paste from there and use some html to make it look all fancy
