Fairly sure I'm going to need an editor my my mature story

I've submitted it, but it was written off the cuff and time was a limiting factor - I know that sounds careless, but I've had the story in my head for a while and I knew if I didn't get it down then, I never would.

Its the first chapter, I'm unsure how many chapters in total.
