Mother and Daughter Competing

maybe on vacation, and the guy doesn't know they are related?

Or at home, one of Daughter's guy friends gets hot for mom, daughter is surprised to find herself jealous?

Or, Daughter comes to Mom's work, one of the co workers starts drooling over daughter. mom, who had never thought of him "that way" suddenly feels her competitive fires burning...

I have a similar idea that has been simmering for a while.

Daughter has a friend who she has been trying to get to the level past friendship and so far hasn't had much luck.

Mom notices and realizes this is the first man that her daughter has had any trouble getting.

Mom gets a little jealous and decides she wants to get the boy before her daughter can.

Another variation:

Daughter invites Boy to a barbeque at her house to court him, only to find that Boy is more interested in her Mom. Even if Boy is good looking, Mom isn't interested...but still uses the situation to make her entitled Daughter squirm.

From the guy's perspective, the solution is obvious: the famous Mother-Daughter-Sandwich.
