Hi, I've submitted my story on the 13th of November. It's now the 15th and it's still pending. Does it usually take so long?

My last non-contest story took 3 days, and that was over a week ago.

If you look today, there were a lot of stories posted. So the site must have a backlog of people submitting their stuff.

If there is a contest going on, and there is, it will take longer.

If you are a new writer, it will take longer.
