Cumfart Lady

Random idea I had.

This woman's boyfriend - or just a guy she hooked up with - talks her into having anal sex, and then, despite her reluctance, into letting him watch as she ejects the semen. Somehow, someone watches or films her doing this, and word gets out. She becomes known as "the cumfart lady," and guys start trying to get with her left and right to see if she'll repeat this sexual act, much to her chagrin.

I'd have her come from somewhere in the Deep South, like Alabama or Georgia. Then she could be known as Southern Cumfart.
