No it's not true because if you or any of the other idiots who read only a clickbait headline and nothing else actually bothered to go further you'd see she was only the judge who dismissed the case and that's it.

The family had come to a deal with the bank and the foreclosure was stopped. His mother was the judge who OK'd it.

Yeah, when I saw the Fox News headline worded to allude to something nefarious I was taken aback.
It was only after actually reading the poorly written article that I saw what it was actually about and wondered why they even bothered to report it.
