For those of you who are fans of the genre, what do you look for in a story? What are the "must have" elements? What makes it a story you'll come back to time and again? And possibly more important, what ruins it for you?

For me its the loss of control. Being at the mercy of another, and having no choice, and reveling in the shame of your enjoyment. Turn off for me is overabundant violence and bodily functions outside of cum. Its a fantasy, but I want to it to be clean to a point.
Must haves for me are being surprised. The elemnt of shock and terror.

I think it should always include metal. Chains, knives etc. Mashes it intense!

Does it require a sense of "suddenness". One minute she's in control, the next she's overwhelmed and controlled.
Yes. Preferably with some struggling and fighting, but always with the same end result: a thick cock in her reluctant pussy.

Is there a "good"/realistic point for the reluctance to fade into desire, as Lit requires? Is there a bad point? An over used, cliche or just plain stupid transition?

Personally, I feel the whole thing should be reluctant, even the enjoyment. Yes, your body begins to like it, but that induces more shame. I'd use it more sparingly, and leave a part in the end where the reluctant party ponders on her pleasure.

Sort of a love/hate relationship with the act and her feelings. What about the aggressor? What has broken your suspension of disbelief re: the reaction to the aggressor?

Too much bragging or talking. NC is such an emotional moment, I always get turned off by the aggressor bragging about his dick or going off on long stretches of dialogue. I believe the aggressor is more focused on what he is doing.

Less talking, more violation?
What if his wedding tackle were never described other than as a violating presence, eventually becoming a source of unwanted desire? He could be almost incidental to the event.

What about the "victim", what has broken that for you?

The victim getting too much into it and talking back. Then it just sounds like a porno set. Trying too hard to seem sexy.

For me I enjoy reading how the girl keeps saying "no, no, please don't, no Sir, please don't, please" while when the man fingers her she is soaking wet conveying that while she is saying "no" her brain and body simultaneously betray her by soaking her Pussy readying her for Dick.

Thanks, all of you. Your advice has been extremely helpful.
If you think of anything else, please share!

What does it for me is rapists having their cocks sliced off and fed to them.

Guess that's me, I live up to the AV.

I think there is a considerable difference between Non-Consent fantasies and sexual assaults. Just as BDSM is vastly different from domestic violence.

Humiliation

I find humiliation essential to ultimate control whether it is forcing her to perform single acts that she finds abhorrent e.g. ass to mouth, or forcing her to pleasure a group especially a group of old men.

I'm going to throw a flag on the play here. There is Non-Consent play and then there's over the line. Please elaborate on "forcing her to perform [acts] that she finds abhorrent".
