The problem is people too stupid to know the Republican Congress and obstructionism was the problem, and fear not the Dems will not have the balls to play that game, not to same degree anyway. There will be some symbolic gestures but I don't expect Trump's FIRST supreme justice to have any major problems. And it won't even be a centrist.
