University lecturers told DON'T USE CAPS as it frightens students...

One student body doesn't want to have clapping cuz it might cause anxiety. They want to use jazz hands.

That's really ridiculous, and partly explains why Johnny can't read. They are saying not to follow the most elemental rules of grammar.
 
The amazing thing about the instructions given to the Leeds professors is that this a school of journalism!! Honestly how are these students going to be effective journalists if they are triggered by such minor things? The school should be doing the opposite; helping the students learn how to deal with that and to get a thicker skin. As journalists, they can expect to see and hear and be exposed to a lot of the unpleasantries and horrors of this world.
 
they will all wear SAFETY PINS and cower in SAFE SPACES and watch TeeVee or Twitter and get the news from there
