First of all, are you interested in your GF with your BF?
Second approach your BF to see if He is interested.
Swapping could be considered normal in most circles.
Do not understand the "How to convince GF to do", if it is Her ides why should you have to convince Her?

Sorry I read it the wrong way. Perhaps I was doing some wishful thinking for you!

But for her to be wanting your best friend ... danger signals here mate unless it is genuinely a desire which you two both have, and that your best friend understands that he is doing this for you and well as for his own pleasure. If it's her desire and not yours, it's gonna feel like she's cheated on you, even though you knew beforehand and perhaps felt obliged to go with it.

If she is a lass who is not gonna be satisfied with one partner, and you are, like most fellas, wanting a woman who will be faithful to you, then ... lots for you to think through carefully before going any deeper with the relationship. Just sayin'!

you again misunderstanding...we have spoken about it openly and its her desire and mine too as i will get to see her with other man. Now i am not worried by my friend as he will do it only to have some fun nothing much.

The third point was "swapping" which the meaning is to exchange.
sissy only sees where your GF is getting your best friend and you are getting no-one, that is not swapping. Swapping would be your BF gets your GF and you get your BF's GF.

Mate thanks for the concern but he doesn't have any GF at the moment, he had past relationships but they were all broken due to his pervert nature. Regarding the relationship with him...i think here we all 3 are in gaining situation.
