Ditto. Woke up to blood on my pillowcase. The heat just went on yesterday.

Have you tried a Neti pot? They are awful but work wonders.

You'll be allright.

I used to have a lot of nose bleeds as a kid because I had major eye surgeries.

Cracking your neck actually helps, and I always found just toilet paper and putting your head back for a few is really the best option.
