new author needs editorial help

I am trying to write my first story, a BDSM journey of discovery spanning several chapters. I've completed chapter one to the point I submitted it to Literotica, it was bounced.

I'm looking for two things: help with correcting punctuation/syntax/grammar sins, and an honest reply to the question: "does this story suck and deserve a respectful burial?"

If you're up to helping a new wanna-be author please reply.

You are most likely to get response if you provide the genre of the story and wordage--and if you have your PM system turned on.

Right. Sorry that I missed the genre. Still would benefit by giving the wordage of chapter one.

not sure how to do that, I'll get back to you once I have a count.

OpenOffice word processor tells me there are 4242 words in this first chapter that I'm wanting to publish.
