If he's found guilty, does he get the death penalty and martyrdom or just let him rot in a prison wing where the bosses there like their bitches dark and hairy?

How do you pick a jury for that? Finding someone in NY with an unbiased approach to 911 would be pretty much impossible I would have thought. I wonder if the defence will file a motion for change of venue.

I want to know what the difference is going to be between a military and civilian trial because they have not been held as civilians have they?

We should have a real proper investigation of 9-11. Look for the guys who planted the bombs, the guys who planned the Inside Job that took down those buiildings, and the guys who told the USA Airforce to standown.
Otherwise some might be tempted to simply to take justice into their own hands as the economy goes down the chute, and get some real revenge. |

They are not us citizens, they are enemy combatants. They did not wear uniforms or conform in anyway to be treated under the laws of the Geneva Convention. They should be tried via military tribunal and should not be allowed to set foot on us soil.
I have been to Gitmo...trust me when I say they want for nothing down there as they will be provided everything that they need.
The idea of them being allowed to come here is sickening...The fact that our president did not stick around to actually announce this is truly sad.
