Ok girls, I posted a thread once on masturbation Via breasts/nipples alone.
I got some good and informative responses, but I feel it was a little vague because of simple terminology:
Sexually arousing and sexually stimulating

Sexually stimulating means a refreshingly (feels like new even if it isn't) enjoyable or inspirational (like an action movie you can "get into") sexual sensation (like a male spontaneous erection he wants to rub or stroke).

I wasn't sure what some of you meant.
The question was, can you get an orgasm (or an intense sexual feeling like one) by feeling your breasts alone, without help from any other body part?

I asked this in response to a question about why women can't be outdoors or in public without a top on.
The official (American) answer to that was "Like the vagina and buttocks, breasts and nipples are considered sexual organs, and therefore can't be seen in public."

A request/demand to be topless in public started a long time ago during the sexual revolution.
Women wanted equal treatment of men, which included the non punishable capability of taking a shirt off in public or outdoors.

Here's the rub (so to speak), if this were applied to all, a male discrimination controversy would come up as well.
Sometimes on the beach, in a gym, or even at a spa, you will find a man who will not only remove his shirt to show off his abs, pecs, etc., but will also let a woman (from mid 50s down to 16) feel, stroke, and even rub his chest.
Shouldn't a man be able to do the same in public with consent?

WTF are you talking about?

I have never seen women or girls rubbing and stroking a guy's chest at a beach or gym.

I spend a lot of time rubbing mens chests in public and I'm 68!

Same thing, the pectoral muscles are part of a man's chest.
On a woman they would be called breasts.
