You could have stopped at "disgrace" and add any noun you want after that.

Tancredo sure is touchy about taking a deferment rather than serving his country isn't he? The funniest part was his demanding an apology from an actual veteran for pointing out his lack of service.

What a fucking useless tool Tancredo is.

Honestly why don't people bitch about MsNBC the same way they bitch about fox. Both our just stupid channels to try and get news from.

Any ways that aside from the point. This clip is better for the man who walked away. So he didn't fight in the Vietnam war, guess what if your liberal you didn't support that war any ways. And he is getting crap for not fighting in that war from some one who probably didn't see combat in the military and certainly is to young to remember the details that made it the most controversial war in US history. All those who fought or chose not to fight in that war have strong feelings.

Then MsNBC continues to insult his position after he left like nothing happened. As I see it they owe him an apology. Unless Fox news is better, I mean the conservatives did apologize after pissing off Bill Clinton.

Tancredo did support the war. As long as someone else was fighting it, of course. Seems like a rather common rep position.

Oh I am sorry, because he is conservative he must support every war? Or do you have some evidence to back your claim that I missed?

I think you quoted the wrong thing. That has nothing to do with what I said. Or at least not with what your quoting.

If he didn't fight in it, I take that as evidence he didn't support it. And unless some one finds something more compelling to show other wise, I am going to have to stand by that.

As a Republican student activist Tancredo spoke in support of the Vietnam War. After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado he became eligible to serve in Vietnam in June 1969. Tancredo has said he went for his physical, telling doctors he had been treated for depression, and eventually got a "1-Y" deferment.

You know what happens when you ASSume right?

That seems like really stupid reasoning. Doesn't make much sense. Especially considering that you're not bothering to actually look and instead just kinda making it up. I don't understand that at all.
Anyway.
Just a wiki article to start.

Tancredo was active with the College Republicans and a conservative, nonpartisan organization, Young Americans for Freedom (YAF). As a Republican student activist Tancredo spoke in support of the Vietnam War.
