The GB does not have mods.
Laurel deletes spam if it's brought to her attention. And that's all she deletes.
"Offensive and vile" to us is "Free Speech" to Laurel.
What I just don't get is why people go there for any other reason than to spew pigshit. I've had plenty of folk tell me that they have good frinds and good conversation there.
AH also has no mods, which is why it so often looks like GB Junior.

You've always seemed like a good egg to me luke~I'm curious..did you bring this here because you genuinely feel it's wrong or were you hoping to try to get people to start trolling busybody? i've had people try to play me against others they don't like by doing the exact same thing and it never works.
it takes about two minutes to come to the conclusion the man who started that thread needs help.

Okay, I read your thread and I responded. Basically you are saying that because Muslim fathers have been known to kill their daughters, one in ten men and women have no right to fight for lawful protection against homophobic assault.

Wow...I didn't realize what a bad rap the GB has with the rest of the forum. That explains the shit I've gotten on other boards. I spend a fair amount of time on How To, BDSM, and here, in addition to the GB. I post most often on the GB, but I read a lot on the other 3 boards. It's nice to know I'm going to be judged and dismissed elsewhere, simply because I don't mind the GB, and enjoy the variety of subjects there. Hell, one of my favorite picture threads (about erotic bondage photos) is there. It isn't all bad, and everyone there isn't bad. It's sad that this forum has it's own prejudice and "racism" against other members, simply because of where they spend their time.

Actually, 1 in 10 is a number that needs careful scrutiny. Kinsey's methodologies were well known to be flawed. The number of people who self-identify as gay is more like 2-3%. Of course 10% is a much nicer number for our cause - but it's not totally accurate.
Shadowann, yes, the GB has a terrible reputation with the rest of the boards here. Right or wrog, it IS the case.
