So, you're making the point that instead of providing for the common defense, a safe and reliable transportation infrastructure or a fire department, we should first make the maid, the cook, the janitor and those who don't work wealthy "to be fair" and if there's anything left over we should then consider, defense, law enforcement and the other "civil" services?
