Well, tradionally, a Juggalo does not necessarily have to be into ICP. We each have our own meanings for it, but for me personally, I do like ICP, but I rep the Hatchet in my own way. I believe being a Juggalo means being true to yourself, being yourself no matter what anyone else thinks.
