If a person is so drunk they can't stand up and moon someone how do you expect them to take a picture of themselves?
I haven't drank like that since 1980.

Just hold the camera in your left hand, and drink with your right.
Then, as soon as you notice that the world is sliding from a horizontal orientation into a diagonal, push the button with your left hand.
The next day, upload the picture from the camera (assuming it didn't get smashed).
