Cock rings or restraints can be made of many materials.

You have to be careful of fit in metal ones.....
Not to tight. You don't want to stop all circulation.
They have metal rings in hardware stores near chains.
Buy a few different sizes they are cheep.
Just don't try them on in the store.
Big "O" rings will also work.
