I guess I'm used to it
This afternoon I was out working on the carbs for the bike. I had a large mug of coffee and a cigar as I put them together again. I was sweating but I wasn't dripping.
I finished putting them together and went inside to wash my hands. I happened to glance at the thermometer and was surprised to see it was 91° out with high humidity. I was surprised because it didn't feel all that bad.
To give you some comparison my place is cooled to a lovely 80°. It feels great. Where I grew up, Cape Cod, had a high temp of 44° today.
And people wonder why I think all clothing should be optional?

Well it made it to 94° on the patio this afternoon. (In the shade with a breeze.) Have no idea what it was in the sun other than damned hot. Right now it's down to 88° on the patio. (1800)
There is good news though. A cool front is looking to work it's way through this weekend. The temps tomorrow night are supposed to drop to a lovely 60°. If it does I'm opening the windows and hoping the cool weather hangs around for a while.
Now I need to finish up the bike and get it running so I can enjoy the cooler weather properly.
