Old Friends (closed)

[Alsing]

Nate was almost twenty eight. He was a successful computer technician now but in high school he had been a shy outcast. Then his Junior year he'd been accepted by a small group of friends and the next two years had been great. Sadly it had not lasted for long and they had grown apart.

John on the other hand was not very successful. He'd been on the baseball team and fairly popular in high school but had not done much since. Unlike his three close friends he had not moved out of state for college. In fact he hadn't gone to college at all. Even so he did alright. He was a cellular phone sales man and got by ok. John had always been a good talker and usually didn't sleep alone when he wanted company. So sales just fit him like a glove.

The pair of friends had met at the ten year high school reunion and decided to get together afterward for a chance to catch up. It had been so much fun at the bar that John had talked every one into coming back to his place. Everyone had agreed of course. John was hard to say no to.

Nate's silver car pulled to a stop outside of Jack's condo and the four friends headed up stairs.

It had been a long time since last she saw Nate and the others, she had been most curious over Nate, they went to school together, but they were seperated. Bella had gone over seas a few times. She was a writer of music and her songs are sung by singers, such as Linkin Park, Brittney Spears. People like that, she was simple, she had money but 90 percent of it is donated. She had a comfortable life, however she was lonely, she loved Nate from afar. She sighed softly as she was looking around. But within five minutes she saw Nate, her eyes grew bright and walked over to him.

"Nate?" She said with excitement, he was looking great, she was in a black dress that showed off her figure. When it came to it he was damn gorgeous and she was loved him even more.

Nate was in a great mood. He was happy to see his old friends and having more fun than he had in years. His work kept him too busy to get out much. It also made dating hard. There were a few women here and there but nothing that ever lasted. Although if he had to be honest it wasn't just the work. None of them were Bella. He had always loved her but been too afraid to ever say anything. She was beautiful and smart. Way too good for him.

Hearing her say his name he turned and walked over. "What's up Bella?" He asked cheerfully.

she smiled and walked over to him and hugged him, looking into his eyes "My god Nate, its been to long since we have seen one another" She said softly, seeing his gentle eyes, she was taken back. "How have you been? ive been trying to get in contact with you, but it wasn't working.." She sighed a bit. "Ive missed you so much, ive been reading a lot about you in the news. Looks like someone has been busy" She grinned.

"Im ok, how the hell have you been?" she grinned.

Nate

Nate was surprised by Bella's hug and words. He smiled and felt his heart beat a lot faster at her touch. So many nights in high school and since he had longed to feel her pressed against him like this. When she pulled back he looked at her beautiful face. Age had only done more to add to it. She was still the most beautiful woman he had ever seen.

Smiling he said. "I've been good." He blushed a little at her mention of his fame. It was mostly confined to the tech sector but he did consulting work with a lot of famous people getting him some attention. "Sorry you weren't able to reach me." Nate said then handed her a business card. "That has my private cell. You can call any time."

John

John walked into his kitchen with Mandy. Mandy was tall and blond. She was gorgeous by any standard. Long perfect legs, large full breast that were bigger than the last time John had seen her and a bright smile. In High school she had been a cheerleader and really popular with the boys. Even John had messed around with her from time to time.

Setting a pair of shot glasses on the counter he filled them and picked up one and handed it to Mandy before picking up his own. "To old friends." He said holding up his glass.

She smiled "Don't worry about it, that's what happens when your busy" she said softly. When he gave her a card she looked at it. "Thank You" Bella said putting it in her bag and looked back at him. She was about to say something but noticed who came in, she smiled and hugged them all.

"It feels good to get the gang together again' she said simply, when everyone held there glasses up she did as well.

"To friendship and hell, even love" She said with a kind smile.

Nate didn't drink so John hadn't bothered to pour him a shot. The other three threw back their shots and John lifted the bottle to pour more. His eyes glued to Mandy's breast. He was sure she had work done and very much approved. "Alright who wants another?" He asked his voice slightly slurred. John hoped Mandy did. He had plans for her tonight.

Bella only had one shot and no more, she ordered a diet soda and crossed her arms. "better be careful or you two will do something you will regret" She said in a mother like tone, she smirked and just shrugged off the feeling. "So how has everyone been? its been so long since we have formed our little secret." she said.

[Alsing]

"Salesman of the year three times running." John said proudly. He went on to brag about his numbers. Nathan on the other hand was quiet. He rarely bragged about his success. He got Bella her drink and one of his own. Leaning a little away from the others on the fridge he felt like the shy guy from high school all over again.

[Mayu]

She smiled and giggled "Bragger" She said nudging him and kissed him on the cheek so he knew she was teasing him. Looking at him, seeing his eyes she couldn't help but watch him, sipping her drink she looked at Nathan. "You seem shy all of a sudden, you ok?"

[Alsing]

Nathan gave his old crush a smile. "Sorry. I'm just a little tired. Guess we had too much fun at the reunion for me to handle." Over her should Nate could see John pouring Mandy another drink. He wasn't surprised. Nate expected John to try and get her drunk. He had told Nate about their hook ups back in school. It seemed he was looking to relive some of those moments.

she looked at Mandy "Well if John is trying to get her drunk its working" She smirked "She never could handle alcohol" She laughed.

Nathan gave Bella a little grin. He wasn't surprised she could see what John was up to. She was always so smart. "Yeah I think he plans on getting lucky tonight."
