We had about an inch of snow overnight. The temp had dropped about 40 degrees in just a few days.

Fortunately, just snow left on the grass and on top of cars.

Summer is indeed over.

Since I AM going there soon, I want the heat wave to be over! I hate 90's and humid. I want low 80's, low humidity.

3.25 pm here - half-light since the sky's dull low grey, there's a cool light wind and the temps around the 14 C mark.

not exactly cold but definitely darker autumnal day. makes me a bit dopey. not so's you'd notice though *yawns
