I must be getting rusty on the whole fiction writing thing. I keep messing up the timeline. Too much fetish for flashbacks, so now it seems like my peeps have memories from two parrallell universes, where things happened in different order.

Pterry has another character that says "millennium hand and shrimp"-- a certain Mrs. Tachyon, in his "Johnny Maxwell" series. I surmise he actually heard someone say it once... or thought he did...
