Dirty Politics and Yellow Journalism
I can't believe all the people that have fallen for this Acorn scandal. Has it ever dawned on you that you're being manipulated by conservative operatives? Who paid for these people to go to all these offices. How many times were they turned away? What has been edited out of these videos?
Ask yourself what would happen if you used the same techniques and:
Go to several McDonalds and offered employees $20 to spit in a Big Mac.
or
Go to Republican campaign offices expressing interest in joining the party because you hate niggers.
Then broadcast the results. Should McDonalds or the Republican Party be held responsible for the actions of their low level employees? Would it be a fair representation of those organization's policies?

I have a BS in Journalism and one thing that is taught by all but the idealistic profs is that if you want to earn a living you sell stories that people want to hear about. If you want to starve you report the news. Just the way of the world. Get over it.

The reason I only have a BS is because once I figured out I wasn't going to make a living at it I changed my major but I was far enough in to get the BS without too much trouble. I've never actually used it other than a few basic things from the writing classes.

Kemosabe!! Mine was a BA, but my major was journalism. I've worked professionally on two city magazines, one weekly newspaper and various corporate communications positions.
Which is why I believe that the only thing Drixx knows about yellow journalism is that it's the same color as the piss in his toilet. |
