Felidae: Curious Cats (OOC)

This thread is a revival/continuation/spin-off of a thread started by Kuu a few years back. I miss it, and wanted to give it another take with new characters.

Obviously, it's a neko thread.

Our story revolves around 4 young royals from the planet Felidae. When one of the discovers a book written in their mother's handwriting filled with stories of adventures and exploits on another planet, the group believes it to be nothing more than the product of the Queen's overly-active imagination (after all, she's who they got theirs from). Once their parents discover what's been keeping their kids fascinated, they immediately reprimand them for it and hastily take back the book, making the young royals realize that the contents were truth.

Fascinated by all they had read, the four pester their parents into allowing them to take a trip like what was written. Finally able to break their father into agreeing with them, they eagerly begin discussing plans to see as much as they can of this strange other world with tailless creatures. Their mother reminds them of one of the catches from her original trip- they can only go if a crew picked by their parents accompanies them. She explains to them that Earth can be a very dangerous place, and that they need to be as safe as possible. Though their parents try to take every precaution they can, these four curious kittens are quite good at making trouble follow them.

Some sidenotes about our Feli folk:
- They're rather oblivious about Earth customs and tech.
- When the girls are in heat, they do just about anything to find relief.
- MORE TO COME IF NEEDED.

We'll also be needing humans for them to interact with, as well as some antagonists.

Of course, other ideas are welcome.

Status: Princess

Personality:
Seri is quite open, and rather outspoken. Feeling that she needs to compete with her older brother, she tends to try and bite off more than she can chew all in hopes of showing him up. She hates to admit defeat, and absolutely despises having to ask for help.

Bio:
Seri's competition with her brother has always been rather unspoken, seeing how it began before she could even talk. She took her first steps to simply prove she could keep up with him, and has been after him ever since. She doesn't actually hate her brother- far from it. She simply doesn't want to be seen as 'the second oldest'.

Being the oldest daughter, Seri had been told since the birth of her first sister that it was her responsiblity to show the younger girls how to be a proper lady. Unfortunately, this little talk vanished from her memory a few years ago. Now taking to enjoying the nightlife of Felidae, she tends to vanish from the castle at various times of both day and night, but still insists that her purity is intact. Flirting is simply flirting- and anyone that gets too close gets a mouthful of claws.

With the discovery of the book, her dreams had been filled with enjoying the fun of not only a new place, but an entirely new planet. These curious creatures that mother described sound so wonderfully amazing; they have to be investigated further in person!

Age: 175 (appears 18)
Status: Princess

Rhy is an all around fun loving girl. Even though she's the youngest, she tends to act very protective of her family. She is normally looked at as a walking contradiction; On one side she can be incredibly naive about her effect on men, loves to read. On the other, she can be very stubborn and loves sports. She's loyal and, being the smallest, has a hunger to prove herself to others.

When her siblings and her discovered the book, she thought it would be interesting to explore and go adventure into this strange planet her mother described.

I've got to pull my interest in the prince. I'll read along, but I just don't have time to play in another group thread.

Name: Ashther
Age: 212 (appears in his 20's)
Status: Guard

Personality:
Arrogant and impulsive, Ashther isn't exactly the easiest to get along with. Unless you're royalty, of course. He's quite protective of those he has been given the task of guarding, and no amount of persuasion would be able to convince him to do otherwise. Though he is rather cocky due to his fighting ability, and can be taunted into a battle pretty easily. Sometimes this will cloud his judgment of assessing the fight carefully.

Aside from that, Ashther isn't big on deep conversation. He tends to always prefer some sort of action. Though he does have this odd tendency to be randomly insightful, much to the surprise of people who think they know him well. He's a bit of a flirt as well, but he knows his limits.

Ashther's arrogance makes him hard to get along with, at least for other males. This is likely due to usually only fighting other males for food in his early life. He's also fairly serious, and doesn't like it when he feels someone is looking down on him. Still, he has his own brand of humor, which is sometimes not really shared by anyone else.

Bio:
Ashther pretty much grew up as a stray. His earliest memories are fighting others for the rare scrap of food or meager shelter. This had gone on for years until he had wandered near the royal palace of Felidae. The guards attempt to shoo him away were met with more resistance than they had expected from a single opponent. Ashther managed to fend off quite a few guards on his own, though just before he was about to be put down for good, the Queen herself had noticed the commotion and halted the final blow.

Much to his confusion, Ashther was taken in, cleaned up and tended to. He soon learned that the royals were willing to provide him with all the necessities of life... if he were to become a guard for them. He remained unsure at first, not really knowing any other lifestyle than one on the streets, but it was hard to reject an actual home with real food. Of course, he was observed carefully at first, and had to be trained not only in proper fighting techniques but certain forms of etiquette. Safe to say etiquette has never been Ashther's strong point, but he quickly proved himself to be a faithful guard and one unmatched in skill.

For this reason, he's the chosen guard to protect the prince and princesses on their trip to Earth. While most cats would jump at such an opportunity, Ashther isn't particularly thrilled. He's one of the few felines which curiosity does not really plague. Perhaps because of his early life where he had to fight to survive just for basic things, he's quite content with simpler things like good food, drink, and games, athletic or otherwise. Nonetheless, he's quite protective of the princesses (a bit less so the prince), so he would rather be there for them than someone less qualified.
