Raining Blood (OOC, PM if interested)

Vampires, everyone loves the bloodsuckers, so I'm going to bring one of my old group threads back to unlife, it is set in Daemour Castle, the seat of power in the vampire world (think old Gothic architecture, mixed with high tech stuff all over the place, but still lit with candles and torches)

As for characters, there are a number of types you can play
Vampire lord: think Dracula, very powerful and old, I'll only be accepting one or two of these, due to their power level and what not
Vampire: next down on the ladder of power, your standard vampire, drinks blood, enhanced strength, dislikes sunlight, might have a power or two.
Guest: could be anyone, or anything, but remember that this is the 'seat of vampire power', you gotta be high up to be invited there.
Slave: just what it says on the tin, the most common slave races are humans, and werewolves, but more exotic slaves are always in demand. These characters are everything from food to laborers, and they are totally subservient to basically everyone who isn't a slave, only their direct masters can kill them, but anyone can punish them.

Of course, your not restricted to those types, if you can think of something else, go for it, PM me and we can discuss it

Hes been around for as long as anyone can remember, and hes been in charge for almost as long. (histories should be a little longer than this, the prince is just annoyingly enigmatic)
Other information: smoker, only known to have sired one vampire (that role is taken) irrational hatred of werewolves

Nasha’tari commands a platoon of veteran tiefling warriors, the Prince’s Royal Guard. They were ‘recruited without permission’ from their succubus ancestor, a demoness of some power. However, she treated them far worse then most other demons treat their underlings, earning zero loyalty from them and making almost any offer, let alone one as good as the one that was proposed to them, very appealing. The fact that they are outsiders to the vampire political intrigues and that their demonic blood prevents them from being turned into vampires leaves them no choice but to be loyal to their lord. Since they can’t go back (not that they would ever want to) and can’t gain power on their own; if he falls, they fall.

She is a harsh yet inspiring leader among her troops, welding them in battle as though they were an extension of her own body. Her reaction toward individual vampires is dictated by her lord’s reaction as well as how they treat her personally. She is not afraid to stand up for herself or her troops.

Only her lord and those with his permission may drink of her and her troops. Their spicy, smoky, yet sinfully rich blood, though highly prized, is sparingly drank since it is never wise to have many of one’s bodyguards short of blood.

Nasha’tari is bisexual, though she prefers women. Usually she takes lovers from among her unit, is also known to use slaves for her pleasure. Of course, it is also not uncommon for the Prince to take her to bed.


The standard Tiefling guard has a naginata (in hand), as well as a pistol and large dagger on their person. All of course heavily enchanted.

Race: Faerie

Personality: She's quiet and startles easily. She tries to steer clear of those who are more dangerous to her but it doesn't always work out.
History: Primrose was brought into this world on her eighteenth birthday. A not a joyous occasion for her, but she's gotten over it for the most part. She doesn't remember much of her life before ending up at the prince's castle and doesn't really want to. Over the years, she has learned to quell her naturally curious nature, which is pretty hard for a faerie. She's become comfortable with her status in life and doesn't buck against the confinement like some do.

Prim spends most of her time in her larger form to make it easier for those who are inclined to feed on her, in whatever way they deem necessary. Her blood is rich and somewhat intoxicating if a person doesn't know what to expect. When she needs to escape or is startled too badly, she reverts to her smaller form until she calms down enough to change back.
Other information: Her wings only appear when she's in her natural (smaller) state.

Name: G (that's all she's ever been known by, and is in fact her full name.)
Appearance: (links attached) Long black hair with (naturally) purple bangs. Large breasts, pale skin, blue eyes. Human
Position: Slave
Age: 109 (see history)
Personality: She is very obedient to her master(s), but also very very intelligent. She will often catch things that her superiors would miss. However, she won't call them out at the time, but will tell them in private so that the idea is their own and not the slave's.
History: She has been genetically bred to have an extremely powerful immune system. The effects of this are 1) she is immune to vampire's venom, and will always remain human, 2) an extended life span (~500 years; her mother died at 342 of old age, but each generation is exponentially stronger than the last) 3) ability to recreate blood at a highly accelerate pace. She can feed 3 full grown and very hungry vampires a day, before needing to replenish her supplies, which takes about 12 hours. Her blood is also genetically designed to taste better to vampires than regular human blood.
Other information: After producing four offspring to the project (her daughter 'H' and sons 'Ha', 'He', and 'Hi'), she was no longer useful to her 'breeders' and was sold to the prince, as he was the one of the few able to afford such a thing. She knows nothing but a life of slavery and adores her master. She is highly priced as an invaluable food source, servant, and of course sex toy.

Race: Half neko/half vampire

Bio: Midori met the prince of vampires whilst running from a gang of nekos who were attempting to rape her. The prince felt it necessary that in order to protect her she had to give him something in return. Midori refused at first but had been convinced to do so( he threatened to call the gang of nekos if she didn't), she became half vampire mostly because she didn't want to be a vampire to begin with but in order to fulfill his request he made her become his slave.

Personality: sarcastic, honor driven in public, dominant with a touch of the sadist in private/semi-private. Highly het, but doesn't care much about the species, vampire, demoness, mortal, hey, he'll dom it and tap it.
History: In life, a knight-commander of the Order of the White Rose. A ruthless hunter of vampires, his hatred formed when he returned from a campaign to find his lover dead. The members of the order claimed she was drained by a vampire.

Wounded in an ambush, and close to death while tracking her killer, he crawled into what he thought was a simple cave. He made the mistake of swearing an oath to any god who would listen, begging for the ability to get his revenge. Maybe his sarcasm comes from the fact that he got his wish in the form of the female vampire who was sheltering in the cave for the day. Worse, was the fact that this was the one who supposedly killed his love. After she convinced him that it wasn't her, and had in fact been the local commander of his order, who killed in the process of trying to rape her... well, let's just say that the Order is extinct.

HIs history leaves him a bit conflicted at times, since he still clings to the honor that he once had as a lord and knight, but how do you do that and slake a vampire's thirst at the same time? How do you reconcile a knight's code with the urges of the Gangrel? Ask, but watch out, his Protean abilities might surprise you.

Other information: Still prefers to use his old weapon style of broadsword in the left and double-bitted axe in the right. If steel won't work, well there's always teeth and claws, or a nice high caliber combat pistol.

power: he can turn his hand into metal like gauntlet he can also do the same with his cape. (vampire hunter d bloodlust Mier Link style ability), can telport location to location.(short distance), or he will walk through the walls.
History: His past, present is rather a mystery many of them don’t know who spawned or sired him him . But they all agree that he is powerful and not one to be taken lightly. Kris met the Prince many years ago when he(Kris ) was attacked by a werewolf . Kris barely defeated the werewolf and sent it back to its pack to tell the others if they came after him agsain he would go after the leader. . He seems to keep his vampiric nature under control he never really bares his fangs at anyone or feed from slaves.
Other: he never has been seen feeding of anyone the prince knows why, he has a flask that is filled with blood as well as bottles in his room. At times his vampiric nature comes out. It also seems strange that he never sired a vampire of his own or taken in slaves of his own

History: Feels that the Prince has made the Vampire race stagnant and complacent with their power hiding in a world that desperately needs a firm hand to turn it away from the state of chaos it is in. unfortunately no one made rash moves against a vampire of the prince's power and lived to regret it...so Lucian has made a detailed plan taking centuries to erode the Prince's position and make it clear to everyone he was too old and incompetent to rule...unfortunately that was still several hundred years away...now however he has been invited as a guest in the Prince's castle and he was in no position to refuse such an 'honor'. Name: Valya Cachtice

Race: Half-Succubus

Appearance: It...varies, but her standard form is a tall, slender young woman with red hair and bright blue eyes, standing about 5' 10" and weighing perhaps 115 pounds. Long legs, pale skin, full, red lips, smallish but firm and round breasts, and an ass you could bounce a quarter off of. She's dressed in the rags she came in, as a new denizen of the castle, but its up to the vampires whether she'll keep them or not.

Position: Slave

Age: 20

Personality: Emotionally scarred, cold and disassociated, but good at hiding it. Really hates demons and demonspawn.
History: Valya is a half-demon, born of a succubus mother and a human father. Unwanted by either party, she was thrown to the wolves, cast out from her mother's house and forced to try and make her way amongst the infernal realms alone. But a half-demon, while no mere mortal, is at a severe disadvantage in the infernal realms, because Valya inherited only a portion of her mother's shapeshifting ability, strength, guile, and amorality. Valya was cursed with emotions other than lust or anger, with feelings, even the beginnings of a conscience. Coupled with her lack of protection, and the four years in the infernal reals were very bad to Valya indeed. It was at the end of these four years that she managed to break out of her homeland and into the material realms. Fortunately, this got her away from the violence, abuse, and degradation. Unfortunately, it also spilled her out less than half a mile from Daemour Castle, and she was subsequently captured by its denizens. Still, she regards it as better than what she had, especially if she can prove her worth to the Lord of the Castle. She is, however, terrified of the Tiefling guard captain, as a tiefling is a demonspawn, which she fears and loathes.
Abilities: She is much more powerful than a human, and much harder to kill, and has a measure of her mother's power, but it is severely limited compared to a full succubus. She could take the other slaves in a straight-up fight, as long as they weren't exotics like her, but the vampires could beat her like a family mule. After all, she's half mortal, they are not. Her shapeshifting allows her to hide inside human norms, changing body structure, as well as skin, hair, and eye color. But she can shift no further than that, and her forms must also be of roughly equivalent mass to her true form. Her kiss won't kill a mortal, but it will sap his strength for some time. Her true form has very small horns on her forehead, and theoretically will one day have wings, but she hasn't grown into them yet. Her blood is likely to have interesting effects on vampires, as she is mortal enough for them to draw sustenance from it, but demon enough that it may ramp up their power, or work like her presence does on a mortal, lowering inhibitions and drawing them to her. Or it may do nothing but taste different.

I did, as well as its predecessor and the tabletop games. I was always partial to the Malkavians, as total psychos, they gave you the best dialogue options. And their abilities were all kinds of excellent. Brujah after that. Its hard to beat celerity 5. But we should probably have this discussion in another thread.
