Who am I sharing the apartment with? (looking for writer of female part)

Jon is a 18 year old rather normal looking guy other then I am light for my size at only 140 pounds. I stand 5'10 with brown hair that can just cover your fingers as you run threw it, and blue eye. I grew up a only child with both parents that work full time. I found my love of reading in the library at a young age. My love of reading had got me in the nerd club in high school, but I didn't mind as I ended up finishing high school with a 4.0. I even taken summer school and almost knocking the last quarter off of my senior year.

Now with my good grades I got into a good school out east, and to my shock my dad gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. He would cover my apartment rent if only I agreed to share the place with one of his co-workers kids. I jumped at the chance to live with my rent being covered, so I didn't give it a second though on who I would be living with.... Its a basic 2 bedroom apartment, with a full bathroom in the middle of the 2 bedrooms, and a half bathroom that is just a toilet and a sink for guest off the living-room/kitchen area.

A few months later in June

I got a head start on some of the college basic classes, and in the free time I am at the college library or a local community one. I had picked out a 2 bedroom and a half bathroom apartment. I also have a few things in the place but mostly the apartment looks very vacant. Other the then a brown leather lazy boy recliner in the living room with no tv.. A table with 2 chairs at it. On the kitchen counter there is a toaster and microwave with a plastic dish drainer with few forks, spoons and knifes in it. And a trash can. The bedroom has a twin bed in it, with basic light blue sheets/pillow and navy blue blanker. A dresser only half full. With a few polo shirts hanging up in the closet.

I am at the library with my laptop just doing my own thing not knowing and not really caring when or if my new apartment mate will be moving in. I am enjoying my freedom even tho I am keeping it to the basics at home.

I am looking for a person to write with me on this as the female...

Female role is open to fit the writer.. But idea was she was going to be sporty and bit dom side. I wouldn't know her but her dad works with my dad. It would be cheaper to get a apartment then dorm so both set of parents where glad to cut cost that way on dorm fees.

I would see tension at first but in time we would grow on each other. Slow starting srp.... pm if your interested. Can play with the idea to change it a bit to fit the new writing partner.
