Jon is a 22 year old. He was on his way to be drafted into the NFL, but last year he got hit wrong. That play was to end his life as he knew. He did manage to graduate college with a business management degree tho. Jon had worked part time as a trainer and tutor in his free time. Jon is 5'10 and 200 pounds with short brown hair and blue eyes. He was solid but didn't look ripped, despite his long work outs.

Jon has no real desire to work for someone in a office now that his life long dream got pulled form his grasp. Jon is looking to get moved out of his dorm and into a town home. He had made a agreement to knock some rent off for him to do lawn care for a firm that owns a few properties. They had given him a address with out him seeing it in person other then a few pics in the office.

After that meeting.. Jon used his savings to buy a trailer to load the few boxes he had from his dorm, and put his new address in the gps. To start the trip on his new life.

Charlotte Danvers was a very frigid 28 year old woman. She had her reasons. She had been in a 4 year marriage with a high school sweetheart who she had been dating for years. A year ago, she caught him in their bed with his secretary on their anniversary. Out the two went with no clothes. The divorce was bitter which caused her to become a different person. She was no longer bubbly. She was in management and had became very cold. She was still fair, but did not tolerate bullshit that caused progress at work to suffer. She was a workaholic. She was approached by colleagues and even guys outside of work, but was afraid to give them the chance for fear her heart would be broken. She did not want anyone seeing her vulnerable.

Charlotte was getting home after a very rough day at work. Due to a mistake that was made, she had to stay a bit later to correct it considering the employee responsible did not know how to fix it. She saw that she was getting a new neighbor, but was trying to not make any sort of contact. She wanted to go into her quiet house to have a healthy meal, do some yoga, and read a suspense novel.

(She has long blonde hair, brown eyes, 46DD breasts, and curvy. She is either in her nice work attire, a nice dress for work events, or workout clothes for walks. depending on the day)

Jon was glad to see a woman bit older then him, but not by much. He liked how smartly she was dressed. He could see she worked out some. He was hoping that meant she wouldn't be into parties.

Jon picked up one of the rubber made tubs and cheerfully said " Hello, My name is Jon." Jon is a big hearted person that is very out going but also enjoys a nice book to hide away in some corner far away from most people. His idea of a fun Friday night was hunkered down in the library. So off beat for most jocks.

Jon hopes he can be friends with this woman, tho he will want to be spending nights out back in a hammock with his grill and a burger.

Jon is willing to walk over and shake her hand if she wants to, otherwise he will be happy to carry the rubber tote into his house. This tote had the few kitchen stuff he owned, mostly spices and such.

Jon's personality is in conflict with it self. Much about him is Ying/Yang. Like being out going but also likes to be reserved. Willing to chat your ear off or could sit reading and not say a peep.

Charlotte sighed, but politely greeted him and did shake his hand though a bit wearily. After all, he was a new neighbor. However, she was trying to not get too close. "I am Charlotte." she said. She gave him a rundown of the place he was moving into. The previous tenants were very quiet, and tended a lot to the place. She also spoke of the fact that she preferred quiet. They were always remodelling and gardening. She managed a smile, but still kept an emotional distance so to speak.

Jon was excited to hear that she liked the quiet and he nodded in agreement as she said that. When she mentioned about the remodeling, Jon couldn't help but wonder what he would see inside. Jon did say "Well I presume as I just got hired to do the lawn care, I will be doing the gardening for here and the other sites." Jon said with a sigh. He wasn't very crazy about it to do it on his own. Tho as a kid he did enjoy doing it with his older sister who loved to garden. Tho he did it more as a time to bond with her.

Jon dose smirk and say " Good thing with the lawn keeper living next to you, I can do it while your at work. So you shouldn't be bothered with lawn mowers and leaf blowers." Jon starts to chuckle a bit hoping the lady next door will see that as a bright side and he will be a good person to have next door...

Jon dose ask "Do you like to grill, I hope to do it a few times a week for some healthy way of cooking meat."

Jon wonders to him self just what she dose to work out. He tried not to check her out to see if he can get any hints if she is a lifter, runner or yoga person.

She had recently started going to a therapist after an intervention by her manager and co-workers who were deeply concerned for her.

She was starting to take steps towards trying to improve her situation. She managed to get out of the crummy apartment she was living in and found a small gorgeous cottage-like house with a nice garden and patio area to where she could go out in the mornings to have coffee and breakfast as well as dinners on nice days. She was unpacking when she was approached by her neighbor. She was a little stand offish towards people, but it was another thing she was trying to work on.
