NY Times reaches a new low blaming Republicans for terrorist attack

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), the elder Republican statesman, said President Obama was “directly responsible” for the terror attack in Orlando due to his failure to combat the rise of the Islamic State terror group.

McCain’s statement goes beyond the criticism of Obama that has been leveled by his Republican colleagues in the Senate, and it follows remarks made this week by presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, who seemed to connect Obama to the attack in a Monday interview and on Wednesday tweeted an article claiming that Obama “actively supported” the terrorist group that became the Islamic State.

McCain made his remarks in a Senate hallway to a small group of reporters, responding to a question about the gun-control debate that has flared on Capitol Hill since the Sunday-morning shooting that left 49 clubgoers and the gunman dead. Obama on Thursday traveled to Orlando with Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) to pay his respects to victims’ families.

Just another classic example of liberals diverting attention away from the real problem - radical Islam - and blaming something else. First it was a gun control issue. Then it became an LGBT issue. Today it's a Republican issue. Christianity is probable next on the boogeyman list. After that Smurfs are always a good bet.

As far as I know no Republicans were in the nightclub pulling the trigger to kill or wound 100 people.

None of them took trips to Saudi Arabia or bought him the rifle.

The bottom line is an Islamic piece of shit is the only one responsible. To say otherwise is nothing less than a pathetic exercise in denial, stupidity, and irrational logic. Something all liberals are familiar wth.

The POTUS is expected to be a leader, but instead of facing the fact that Islamic radicals want to kill us he pretends like they don't exist. He called them the JV Team, said they didn't pose a threat to our country, and lied to us when he said they were contained. For better or worse he sets the tone for the country, and his tone is to not even name the threat because he doesn't want to upset Muslims. What an insult to their intelligence! They know exactly what's happening and who is to blame.

So instead of facing the threat Obama hides behind the veil of political correctness, and unfortunately people follow his lead.

His fellow employees complained about his disgusting behavior, but the company was afraid to fire him because he was a Muslim.

His wife was fully aware of what he what he wanted to do but chose to say nothing.

A short time before the attack he tried buying a large amount of ammunition and body armor from a gun store. They refused to sell it to him, then reported the incident to the authorities (not sure if it was the FBI or the police). They did nothing.

They were only following the example from above.

The California-based I Marine Expeditionary Force launched a command investigation after a photo surfaced on social media showing a corporal in uniform holding a rifle with his finger near the trigger. The words “Coming to a gay bar near you!” appear at the bottom of the photo.

The picture was posted recently to Camp MENdleton resale, a closed Facebook group for male Marines with more than 25,000 members. The person who purportedly posted it also wrote “Too soon?”
