Try a Bowline with a small loop. If you run the line back though the loop it slips like a choke collar without binding.

Google "taut line hitch." Or if you happen to have a BSA Handbook around, look in there. The knot is designed for taking up slack, such as you get in tent lines. Works pretty good in leather cord, too.

Lots of fun options in Ashley's Book of Knots, as well.

Thanks made a copy and will try Partner and I are on the mend from seperate auto accidents and plan on continuing our play

Two nites ago we had some play time---a good thing

What kind of rope did you use? That is probably the issue.

Yes it was the rope It was bought for outside use. Cheap nylon some how it was there and got mixed in as I was useing play ropes/// that part of set up failed check equipment before play----

I have found that men have just as many options however varied they are to how you would torture a woman.
